Clothing retailer Pierre Cardin has launched a special 75 per cent sale across its Middle East stores in honour of the newly born British royal baby.

“We really wanted to do something to mark the occasion,” said regional marketing director Hesham Malacki, adding that it was a “pleasant coincidence that there’s already some signage we can use”.

    They have to do the exact opposite. 75% is their trade mark. Is as if ” in this special occasion, we are not moving a muscle”

    I hear they are in a bitter legal battle with Ted Lapidus over the trade mark of ‘75%’!

    Ted and Pierre have the same owners. Everybody has been suckered into the offer once at least. I bought a 3000aed suit for 750 (which is about how much it was really worth)
